Fashion Friday + EHM Reminder

Thought I would try something new today.

I know Tess over at Tea Time with Tess will usually do this on her Friday posts, and now that I finally have a full stand up mirror (and not those worthless $5 ones - you know what I'm talking about) and an iPhone with an amazing camera, I can finally do it!

Hooray!

And by the way, it wasn't until I took these pictures that I realized how hard it actually is to get a good self portrait. 

And how awkward you feel while smiling during the process....

And yes, I wear jeans all the time. Especially at school. Rarely will I wear something long enough with tights/leggings to school and I never wear any other type of pants besides capri's and bermudas, but it's not the type of weather for that. 

I also don't own a pair of boots. I know.

Also, just a gentle reminder that the last episode of Extreme Home Makeover, the Joplin episode, will be airing tonight! 

In case you forgot, it was the one I volunteered for back in October.

I'm so sad that the show is cancelled. 

It was one of the best things I have ever experienced.

I can not wait to see this episode.

Not cause I might be on TV.

But because I truly can not wait to see the stories of the families and see their reactions to their new homes. Especially the family whose house I worked on.

It was a devastation that happened (just like the other tornadoes in the South, etc.) but this was close to home and it affected people I love.

I know I will be bawling for most of the episode.

Cause that's how I roll...
