Ring Bling Linkup

The lovely Cmae is having a show off your ring linkup today.

And of course, who doesn't want to show theirs off. :)

My ring is a 0.56 carat Radiant Fancy Yellow diamond on a white gold band.
With the other diamonds on the band and wedding band, it totals up to about 0.80 carats, minus the yellow diamond.

It has a beaded edge detailing that I absolutely love and gives it that slight antique look that I adore.

I helped the Husband pick it out, which I'm glad I did. Though I was impressed with his ability to pick it out. 

I've always wanted a yellow diamond ever since I first saw one in my Fashion Careers class in High School. And Ryan was the one to mention it to the jeweler. 

He proposed on February 14, 2009 and we got married on October 10, 2010.

I still love it almost 3 years later - which I'm sure the Husband is glad of. ;)

The only time I ever take it off is when I put lotion on it or when I get it cleaned. I feel so naked without it on and I sure don't want to let it out of my sight.

I lost one of my grandmother's rings when I was in High School because I took it off and I'm still kicking myself for that. I know the Husband would not be pleased if I lost this since he spent a mighty pretty penny on it.
