I made it a goal this week to dress up just a little bit more. And you can tell there's a progression in my mood as the week went on.
I was still feeling gross, bloated, and well...fat (yes I said it) overall but I'm trying to break out of it.
I've worked out four times (twice yesterday!) this week and have really tried at eating better.
I haven't had fast food, so that's good!
A big step if I'm honest.
And I've lost 1 lb...
1 down. 14 to go.
Starting is always the hardest part.
I also had something sad happen to me for the first time this week...
I FOUND SEVERAL GREY HAIRS ON MY HEAD!!!
Le sigh.
Though if I'm being honest, I found my first grey hair several years ago. I sincerely hope this doesn't mean I'll be one of those women who dyes her hair before she's 40.
And they were all pretty much in the same area.
Please tell me I'm not alone in this!

Oooh no! I started finding grey hairs last year and was freaking out! I asked my hair dresser as she was dying my hair and at my last appointment if she was finding any greys and she said "Yeah I'm seeing a few". *Oy*
